FamilyOps is built for family and child-related logistics, so privacy is part of the product design.

Private workspace

Your family plan belongs to your family workspace. Family members only see the families they belong to.

Uploads and message content

Uploaded source files are not public. Message content is used to create your family plan and is not sent to product analytics.

AI processing

FamilyOps sends message content to the configured extraction provider only to produce the family plan items you review. Provider API keys stay on the server and are never exposed to the client.

Analytics

FamilyOps tracks safe product events such as signups, pricing views, and workflow completion. We do not send raw school messages, child names, family names, emails, payment details, files, or task descriptions to analytics.

Email and payments

FamilyOps may use email delivery providers for account, invitation and notification emails. Paid subscriptions are handled by Stripe when billing is enabled.

Retention

Source message retention is intentionally short where configured. Confirmed family plan items remain available according to the product plan and history settings.
